Its diverse menu caters to a wide range of tastes, from hearty comfort meals to more refined plates, making it a versatile choice for families, groups of friends, and even casual diners.

One of the standout dishes, the Nasi Goreng Lamb Chop, beautifully marries the robust flavors of aromatic fried rice with tender lamb, creating a satisfying main course that encapsulates the essence of fusion dining. Similarly, the Bihun Goreng Sotong offers a lighter, wok-fried noodle experience enriched with squids and fresh vegetables, catering to those mindful of a balanced yet flavorful meal.

The dining space at Cherry Bistro is noted for being cozy and inviting, with a relaxed atmosphere that encourages lingering and conversation. Although parking can sometimes be limited due to the shoplot setting, the ample seating and welcoming environment more than compensate, making it conducive for both quick meals and extended gatherings. The staff’s attentiveness enhances the overall experience, with flexible accommodation for special requests reflecting a customer-first approach that many reviewers have praised.

Cherry Bistro’s array of dishes appeals largely to locals and visitors who appreciate authentic Malaysian cuisine with a tasteful Western twist. The inclusion of signature items such as their nasi goreng creations, seafood, and lamb dishes reflects a commitment to flavor depth and quality ingredients. Drinks and desserts, including items like AIS Kacang and Chocoreo Toast, add an enjoyable sweet counterpoint to the savory options, rounding out the menu thoughtfully.

The restaurant’s atmosphere strikes a balance between casual comfort and attentive service, making it an ideal stop for those seeking both familiar and adventurous plate options in one sitting. While some find the pricing modestly higher compared to outlets in other cities, most agree that the portion size, taste, and overall experience justify the expense, especially for the quality and variety presented.

In summary, Cherry Bistro stands as a reputable eatery in Pulau Pinang, excelling at delivering flavorful Malaysian classics alongside well-executed Western dishes in a cozy, customer-friendly environment. Its menu versatility, friendly staff, and comfortable space render it a well-rounded choice for a diverse audience, from families craving traditional meals to food enthusiasts eager to sample inventive fusion plates.

all food taste good . but i'm not satisfied with the ramen popcorn chicken. its quite pricey because for rm18 just got ramen, cheese and also 5-8 pieces of small popcorn chicken only. so in my opinion, maybe for rm18 you can put more popcorn chicken or change the side dish. so that it will be worth it for customer to buy.

Came back here tonight after a while. Tried it before but the food was a bit off, so I didn’t come back. But tonight — glad that I gave it another try! The food was really good. And the staff? Friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again!

My personal view and review: 1. Location : As always thanks to Waze & Maps. You never failed me. 2. Parking : Shoplot always got parking. But it was limited. 3. Food / Product : Serve local & western food 4. Staff : Friendly 5. Price : A bit pricy compared to KL outlet for the same cuisine / food. 6. Seats / accommodation: no worries about the seat. I believe you will get the seat unless the crowd too outstanding. 7. Amenities: Toilet available. 8. Environment: cosy and chilled. Love the environment.

Affordable food, not expensive. Upgrade restaurant from their previous mee pokok cherry was at the other end of the shoplot. Great they still have their mee goreng mamak which is very nice. Besides good western and various coffee, cherry still also have biryani and other mamak menu which are nice to keep continue on, as customers able to have many food choices. Drinks are pretty presentable (rambang mata pilih air ) Cozy environment. Staff are attentive. Custom request on nasi goreng no vege, no spicy for grandma was followed very well unlike some other place which cannot even follow this simple request (positive: they might forgot or miscommunication) overall highly recommended. Please come early or during off-peak hr, as u might not able to dine in due to full seat during peak hr. Keep up good work New update 8/3: there is new menu which is briyani set lamb shank and grill chicken, the rice is very flavorful, soft and delicious, no need gravy also okay so nice, lamb shank is huge and more than enough for 4 ppl, rice also alot like for 6 ppl, i recommend this menu during ramadan, it will be a hit, overal is good thanks
